7:00 am – Beginner Sun Salutations
8:00 am – Breakfast
11:00 am – Group Exercise
1:00 pm – Lunch
2:00 pm – Free Time/Optional Activities: swim, play volleyball, relax with a book, hike, etc.
6:00 pm – Interval Training
7:30 pm – Dinner
9:00 pm – Social Hour
